KPN Expands Indus Solution to Improve Efficiencies in Mobile Service Workforce

ATLANTA - Sept. 15, 2005--Indus International Inc. (NASDAQ: IINT), a leading Service Delivery Management (SDM) solution provider, today announced that Royal KPN, the Netherlands-based international fixed line and mobile communication solutions provider, is substantially improving the service performance of its mobile division with an extended SDM solution from Indus.


KPN originally implemented Indus' service optimization solution in its fixed line division in 2003 to improve customer service and productivity while reducing service operation costs. KPN realized a saving of significant costs in man hours across a division of 650 service professionals, by improving efficiencies in its planning and scheduling of work and dispatching of products. Following the introduction of a new, more advanced offering in 2004, KPN's mobile division is expanding to support double the number of tasks handled by the SDM solution.
